To place your order, please completely fill up our order form.
Only orders placed through the order form will be processed.
Once you have completed the order form, your orders will automatically be processed
and you will receive a confirmation text and/or email from next9 within the next 24 hours.
If you do not get one, that means the message was not received. Please resend the message.


After your order has been confirmed, please pay for your purchase within three (3) days.

We accept payments via bank deposit (Banco de Oro and BPI), GCash or PayPal.
Please send the scanned copy or the image of the deposit slip to us through email
Once full payment confirmation has been made, orders will be shipped.
If no payment is made within the three (3) days allocated period,
your order will be cancelled and you will be notified of the cancellation.
* Cash payment is accepted for orders picked up from our pickup points (please see below).


Next9 uses Xend Express for shipping within the Philippines.
Shipping is done from Monday to Friday only. We will ship the day AFTER payment has been confirmed.

We take pains to ensure that all goods are sent to you in excellent condition.
Next9 will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipped items.
For your security, you may purchase shipping insurance.

To save on shipping fees, items may be picked up at Tritan Plaza in Paseo de Magallanes (weekdays, from 11am to 6pm).
We will be happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please email us for more information.


All prices stated on the items are fixed.
We allow exchanges for items that may be damaged when purchased. Please email us for this.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on our site,
but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur:
• If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price,
we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
• If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping.
If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
